Terms and Conditions/Definitions for the Visa® Gift Card

This document constitutes the agreement (“Agreement”) between you, and TYB ENTERPRISE Inc. DBA Advanced Home Pros., ("Company") outlining the terms and conditions under which the Visa Gift Card has been issued to you. By accepting and using the Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. “Card” means the Visa Gift Card issued to you by Company. The Visa Gift Card is distributed by Company. The Company will purchase a Visa Gift Card at a retail establishment in the amount agreed upon and listed in the offer. “Card Account” means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Card. “You” and “your” mean the person or persons who have received the Card and are authorized to use the Card as provided for in this Agreement. “Visa Card Program” means Company's offer for, any new residential Television, Internet service or Home Security Service. To qualify for the Card, you must have the new service installed and paid your first two months bill. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer, of the Visa Card Program, and the customer who was sold new Television, Internet, or Home Security Service service , affiliates or assignees of each. You acknowledge and agree that the value available in the Card Account is limited to the funds that have been loaded into the Card Account or have been loaded into the Card Account on your behalf. The card is active and no registration is required. You acknowledge and agree that if the card is misplaced, lost, or stolen not to hold Company responsible. The Card is a prepaid card. The funds in your Card Account associated with your Card are held on your card and not pooled with any other card holders. The balance of such funds will be reduced through your use of such funds in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Card is not connected in any way to any other account. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is not for resale. You will not receive any interest on your funds in the Card Account. The Card is nontransferable and it may may not be canceled, repossessed, or revoked by Company. The Card may be used however you choose to use it where Visa is accepted Worldwide. In order to redeem your Visa Gift Card, you must submit your account number below with the name, phone number and email that matches the information on the new account that was installed.   

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, even if we are open. Any references to “days” found in this Agreement are calendar days unless indicated otherwise.

You will be notified when your card has been mailed.
